Made an appointment at the end of last week to bring my Jeep in Monday. They said 3-5 days and it would be ready. It’s 5 days and they haven’t event touched it yet! This is the third Jeep we’ve bought from this dealership, but we won’t be back. Aside from the fact that they are terrible at time estimates, we haven’t had anything but trouble getting things fixed when they are under warranty or otherwise. You’re just a number in a long line here. Buyer beware.

I was able to get my truck in quick. I was promised a certain date for truck to be ready, but it was not. The only reason though it was not is because they did a thorough detail on truck and found another issue other than what it was brought in for. I'm grateful for that. The most time took was ordering and waiting for parts to arrive.

My experience couldn’t have gone better. Don Ferguson took care of getting our car in for some engine work. He kept us updated on the progress which we appreciated. We were expecting it to take several days to complete the job, but whoever was working on our vehicle finished it in just a couple of days. Since recently moving to Texas, I’m so thankful to have found this car dealership.

Yesterday I took my car in for a regular oil service and to have the windshield fluid connectors reattached to the sprayers. I did not have to wait long and there was a comfortable waiting room. The service was great! My service advisor was very polite, attentive and made everything a smooth process!

Don and the whole service team went above and beyond! My service appt was scheduled for early Mon (3/13) morning. I asked if I could drop off my vehicle early over the weekend, Saturday specfically, so I was not rushing to drop of my kids or be late to work on Monday. They happily accomodated my request. A little while after I dropped off , less than a hour, Don from the service team called to let me know they had accessed my vehicle. He confirmed what I had assummed was the issue, battery needed to be replaced. Additionally he let me know that they would be able complete everything that same day, including the oil change and tire rotation I needed as well. This was unexpected as my appointment was techinically scheduled for Monday, totally made my day! Thank you Don and team!

Took my Jeep in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. All went well, except the technician did not rotate in the spare tire like I asked and the service advisor wrote on the ticket. I didn't notice it until I got home. I called the service advisor and he double checked with technician and he didn't do to. The service advisor apologized and got me in at my convenience the very next day and had it corrected. I am very happy!!!

Had an appt to get car serviced, 2 hours later I asked my service advisor if it was close to being completed. She went and checked and told me all the mechanic had to do was put oil back in my car. A few minutes later, a mechanic came to her desk and told her the windshield wipers she had requested to put on my vehicle were not the recommended ones and wanted to know if I wanted to pay for the more exspensive ones. I said sure, why not. Already annoyed at the time, her lying about almost being completed and price of the servicing. $119 oil change +$29 tire rotation (which should be included in the $119) $59 for wiper blades!! Well 2 hrs 45 minutes later my car was finally done!! Was relieved I could finally leave this place!! All great getting through all the construction on the freeway. Halfway home, I had to clean my dirty front windshield. The wipers didn?t even touch the glass!!! Had to drive through construction again and headed back to dealership. It was swiftly fixed, but my day was half over. I would have given my visit 0 stars, but they took off some $ from my bill which helped my opinion on this visit.

Pretty horrible experience on my last trip, 3/3/23. My service advisor was out which isn’t a big deal, but then my appt became a 60-90 minute wait for an oil change. Needless to say, that turned into a 2.5 hour trip for simple maintenance. I only went because I have the Jeep Wave program at the moment. After this visit I will most likely never use their service center or their dealership again. I’ll pay for the convenience of using another place to do oil changes and tire rotations if this is the expected level of service there. Another reason to not get dealer services and maintenance plans.

Excellent service between Body shop & service department to resolve noise issue that was heard after finally getting noise matters with windshield taking care of....Receptionist for the Body Shop was very very very Good & tremendously Tremendously Helpful & Took time to take calls & handled them with very good professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since 1st experience with a 2015 1500 that was t boned while bck,the body shop took of me then,and that's why I bring my truck to ur dealership above any other 1s bear me!!!! Stopped into look at a few.vehicles we had seen on line. Andre was the one who was helping us, we test drove a truck that turned out we couldnt get into. Was close to their closing time so we got kind of pushed out and told the manager can search orher locations for our qualifications on vehicles. Called the next day and asked Andre to see about two different vehicles and let us know. Called later that day because no call back and evidently Andre had already left for the day. Called back the next day got Andre and he said they wouldnt work needed an excessive amount down. Told him I never heard back form him to let me know about the other two not working. He said I hear ya and laughed. I asked to speak to his manager and he said hold on and phone hung up on me. Called back and he was not available. One of the worst experiences ever at a dealership and first experience in Texas. Hope.other dealerships are better than this company. Will.not ever be back or not reccommend to anyone.

Very easy to make the appointment. Arrived on time and was immediately greeted and checked in. I was shown the lounge, which was large and comfortable. There are no refreshments, which is unfortunate. It would be nice if a place of this nature had a coffee option. The service went smoothly, no issues. Checkout was easy, and everything was explained. Prices seemed a little high, but overall a good experience.

Heads up – this dealership does not have a courtesy van service. So if you are single, and this is your only vehicle that you’re dropping off for maintenance, you will have to bother a friend/neighbor for a ride or pay for a Uber home which is what I had to do-twice. Took my 2020 Ram in for a intermittent check engine light just prior to 36,000 mile warranty expiring. First time I left the vehicle I took a picture of the light on in their service bay. Somehow between the drop off and the technician looking at the vehicle-the light no longer appeared -so they would not repair anything-despite the fact, I already had the code analyzed at a parts store as P3401 and showed documentation of that. So, of course, the light came on again the day after I picked up the vehicle and thus requiring a second trip to drop off the vehicle and a second Uber ride. And once again, I had the printed diagnostic as the P3401 code and showed it again. This time they actually fixed the fault and I I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it does not come back again. The only reason I use this dealership is that they are the closest ones to my home and I wanted this covered under factory warranty. Also, they have no loaner vehicles for customers. And good luck having a service advisor return your phone call or message in a timely fashion.

Great people, made for an easy experience besides one mishap. The only negative I have was the used car sales manager slightly pulled weatherstripping out in the sunroof of my truck. He tried to say that would be 2500$ off the value of my trade in since my sunroof was damaged and didn’t work. I showed the sales team and him that the sunroof did work and had never had my weather stripping like that before. Maybe it was a 1 in a 1000 coincidence it magically happened when he got in my car but I highly doubt it. I think the part that irritated me the most was the Used Car Sales manger was very unprofessional, rude and raising his voice to me while I was showing their staff that indeed my sunroof did work. The new car sales staff were 10/10. They stepped in and told me I would not be charged for something I didn’t do. They also made the buying process very easy. The new car sales staff is the reason I will be coming back here exclusively to buy my cars from now on. The new car sales staff is the reason I still rate this a 5/5. I met 10 outstanding people that day and only 1 terrible person so I will not let that affect the score. I just recommend going over what they try to charge you for on your trade in.

I will drive the extra time to avoid using this service center again. AutoNation has a communication barrier with the physical service center/advisors and the answering service. I requested services (3) different times that were not performed when I left my vehicle at their shop. First experience was average. Second was severely disappointing. Someone else may get lucky.

Didn't take care of me at all after days of waiting trying to get answers to the deal they alleged they made only to turn around and sell the car right out from under me and refusing to give me a written breakdown of the deal because they were hiding some kind of maintenance pkg within the monthly payments which is why none of the numbers they were telling me maid sense. I love my new 2020 Jeep!! Arthur in sales is simply *the* best. My dad has bought two cars from him, my sister bought her car from him and now I’ve just made a new car purchase for myself! With so many alternative ways to buy cars out there, it’s hard to find trust in dealerships anymore. But rest assured Arthur and Autonation are fighting for your satisfaction, unlike some app or anon chat service. He was so knowledgeable, hard-working and respectful. Our whole family will continue to use *only* him in all our new car endeavors. HOWEVER-I do have to say we had an issue with the gentleman who handled our financing, though. In all my years of buying cars, I’ve never had anyone do what he did and I was very disappointed. My family and I thought it was a very very dishonest, dishonorable and disrespectful act. But my engagement with Damarcus won’t affect my relationship with Arthur and autonation. I just want to warn others to be WARY of Damarcus in financing when finalizing your loans and the warranties you say no to! As long as you chose Arthur and ask for anyone else in financing, you should be GREAT! My 5 stars are only for him :)

Showed up 15 minutes early and waited until my appointment time came. While I was waiting I watched the employees in the service center laughing and enjoying conversation. I will say they were working on paperwork part of the time. I was not acknowledged until my appointment time. After they took my truck I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my service done ( oil change, tire rotation, and a tailgate recall repair). It was an hour and 45 minutes only because I was tired of waiting (they were aware that I was waiting) and went to see if my truck was finished. It was and was parked in the customer pickup area. I went inside to find out if I could have my truck and the person asked who was my service advisor and I said Don. He told me that Don was at lunch. He said I could have my truck and if it would be ok if Don emailed me my paperwork. Haven’t gotten it yet. Usually I get great service. I guess I shouldn’t schedule my service if it is going to interfere with lunch. I had to each a late lunch. I think they should have backups when people go to lunch. That would be good customer service.

I would like to thank Kyle Evans at the service center. Had an issue with truck which he went the extra yard to get completed. His service on this issue was beyond what most dealership would do. He delivered on time and corrected an issue on the warranty. Hard to find great service like this nowadays.

Very disappointed with the communication. Dropped car on a Tuesday, didn't hear from them until Thursday afternoon when I approved the repairs, and then never heard from them again unless I reached out and they could NEVER give me an estimate of when the car would be ready. Finally heard from them the car was ready the following Wednesday (over a week for replacing one "sensor" for over $1,000). Picked the car up and it still had the exact same problem. They hadn't fixed it. I ended up taking to another jeep dealer who immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in one day.

I always dread coming here because of how rude the staff is, and because of how they seem to pressure you to get things fixed when you tell them no. Today I sat in the waiting area and was waiting for a technician to come and get my car for an oil change. The staff looked at me various times and instead let me sit in my car for more than 10 minutes before I decided to leave. This is one of the worst places I have been to

Honestly it's very frustrating when the communication is just as bad with the GM. We left a bad review the GM responded and told us to call them so we can get the situation rectified. We called today and spoke with the GM and we expressed our concerns and in the end he said there's nothing he can do. So, do I recommend this dealership that would be NO! Poor customer service, the service department horrible. I won't be back.

Every time I go in for service there is always some issue and that involves customer service. As an example my 2022 Ram Longhorn 2500 had two recalls. One for tailgate and other transmission dip stick. First time I took it in the parts were on back order. They sent me follow up email to schedule service. I confirmed with lady scheduling that parts were in stock. She put me on hold to call service advisor , came back to me and said yes. Needless to say when I show up no parts. To make matters worse the service rep on far left when you walk in service dept wanted to argue with me. Total lack of respect, I would fire him day one. Lastly the told me when I scheduled they would have a shuttle service. When I arrive they said shuttle driver quit. My brother had problems with service department as well, told me to drive the extra miles to Moritz , guess I will listen for now on.

I received a recall notice for the tailgate latch on my Ram. I made an appointment online. I arrived at the service department a few minutes early. I was promptly greeted, did a minimal amount of paperwork, was offered coffee and told where the waiting area was located. I was told the simple procedure would be completed in about an hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. After about 45 minutes the service tech came and got me and took me to my truck. She explained what had been done and I was on my way.

Had a recall on egg cooler. Scheduled appoint and it took two weeks for repair only to have check engine light come on diving home. Called to schedule appointment with no call back. Took it back in and they had to do another diagnostic to find out that the egr valve that came in the new part was leaking. Replaced it and a few weeks later check engine light came back in. Scheduled appoint and they told my wife they charge a diag fee of over $250. I called and let them know the code was related to egr valve. 1 1/2 weeks later I?m finally called and told truck is ready and they had to replace the egr cooler as coolant was getting into the dry side and the valve failed. Poor replacement parts, diagnostic and communication after having my truck for over five weeks total during the three visits.

I just want to say my experience at AutoNation was better than I expected. I needed a car quickly because my car was wrecked the day before. The whole process only took about 2 1/2 hours from the test drive to getting financing. My monthly payment was a little more than I wanted it to be, but I'm ok with it. I recently went in for my truck maintenance. I showed up at my appointment time. Don was my service rep, and he was prompt, professional and friendly! I added few more items to my scheduled service, and asked if the service could still all be done in about 2.5 hrs as I had another appointment later. He assured me they could. I purchased a 2020 charger with 36k miles for 26,941.11 cash for it to break down less than 48 hrs later! The Buying process took 2 days, floor mats went missing upon pick up of the vehicle as well. Was offered towing and repairs under the 90 day 4k warranty but car remains in the driveway unable to start! Highly do not recommend Autonation

A little while ago, I was after a 2009 Volkswagen Beetle. I reached out and Chloe would be helping us. After emailing back and forth. I finally decided to make the 1hr and 30min drive out to this dealership. I had verified the car was still available before making this trip. Once I arrived we spotted the car at the very front of the lot. Upon going inside, we asked for Chloe and a gentleman stated that she was busy and that he would be the one helping us. HOWEVER. Upon asking for a test drive. The gentleman explained that the car had sold "Months ago" and that she "Only said that to get us down there". I'd pretty much made a 3 hour round trip for absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time, they are just gonna lie to you.

Unimpressed. Arrived for an oil change appointment and presented a Mopar coupon for an oil change package. The coupon listed Autonation as a participating facility, but we were immediately told that they don’t honor it. They did honor the one time discount price and would later decide to go ahead and honor the coupon. Sat in the waiting room and watched as other employees came and got other customers to let them know their cars were ready. After an hour and a half I walked out and saw my wife’s Jeep parked outside of the garage so we went back into the service center and our representative was eating. I understand that people need to eat and that’s not an issue, but how much longer would we have been there had I not checked on our status? Representative was friendly and got us checked out and when I opened the door I saw that they didn’t vacuum out the floorboards as they say they do as part of the service. Also, the tech who got in the car apparently had oil/grease on his boots and left it all over the interior trim. We bought the package so we’re locked in for two more oil changes but I will not return for oil changes after that. I do like the tech video that they send shows you their inspection. Maybe this was just an accumulation of mistakes but it left me feeling unimpressed.

1st thing :They sold me a Vehicle with a different engine than what it should have 2nd : they tried to cover up saying it was my driving and nothing was wrong with the truck. 3rd: they kept giving me the run a round instead of correcting their mistake. Although the facility itself is pretty basic and not memorable, the employees that I have dealt with over the last 5+ years do make it memorable. I was scheduled twice for the same recall repair on my Ram 1500. When I got there the first time they didn?t have the parts. I was told they would call when the parts arrived. I never received a call. After a few months I reengaged and was told that they had the parts; so I was scheduled for 28 December. When I got there I was told that the service was going to be completed that day. Not more than 15 minutes after I left I received a call stating that they they only had 1 mechanic and they needed to keep it, not sure for how long. I went to pick it up and rescheduled it for a third time. I?m not sure why it was scheduled on a day where they only had 1 mechanic. Hopefully the 3rd time will get me green.

Salesman and finance guy were very friendly and great. Dealership management needs much improvement. I received confirmation of credit approval at 11:15 and I informed sales rep and finance manager we were on the way to pick up the truck. We live 3 hours away. I told them we would be there by 3. We had delays along the way which I relayed to the dealership. We arrived at 4:30. Truck was dirty and not prepped for delivery. No paperwork had been started. The sales rep did offer to detail the truck, but that was after we arrived. That should have been done prior to our arrival and short test drive. Loan paperwork should have been started. It took until 6:30 to get everything done. 2 hours is an unacceptable amount of time considering the dealership knew we were coming and had hours to prepare. Will never go back or recommend.

Beware of this location’s bait and switch! Came in asked to buy the $340 pre paid oil changes! Before any service was done. The lady who took me in said alright. Once it came time to pay, Elvir Bajric (Service advisor) said oh the guy who applies those isn’t here you just need to pay the $285.37 They advertise $149 diesel oil change… it was a horrible experience. I’ll never will return to this location. Please beware and don’t make the mistake I did and take someone’s word for services promised. They will not honor their word or mopar service specials. I’d stay away from this place and just head to Jiffy Lube like I should have.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Christopher was the worst to deal with and the worst at getting things done not to mention a complete liar and waste of my time. From the start of my buy I wanted deliver to my door, he fronted this as a dealer transfer for 750$! To transfer to the same company branch in Amarillo and not my door! He literally wasted my time with any questions or things I needed done and I had to call the manager who did nothing to fix this issue either but got information I needed. Literally buy anywhere else and save yourself the headache from these people *update. This dealership messed up on their end of the paperwork leaving out co signer on title transfer and they wanted me to re apply just as myself on the loan just so they didn’t have to fix their own mistake. Very horrible people just stay away from here!

I would give this place 0 stars if Google gave me the option. I scheduled an appointment to test drive an F-150. I received confirmation of my appointment and time. Once at the dealership, I was told both the employee I had an appointment scheduled with, and the truck, were not there. I was told the truck had “sold” but that the buyer’s credit was not approved so the truck was “on its way back” from Plano. I sat down with another employee who broke down some pricing and continuously tried to get me to agree and sign on a price (with a god awful rate), before even seeing the vehicle. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment for the next day to drive the truck which ended up having scratches and missing parts. Coincidence? I think not. I then told the employees I was not interested in the truck and told them exactly what i was looking for, down to the trim level and color. Following that day, i have received numerous emails with their newly listed trucks, not a single one of them being the truck i told them i am looking for. These employees see dollar signs when you walk through the door, not people. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere.

Nyle and the whole sales team were amazing! I am an out of town purchaser so i called and asked nyle to send me a detailed walk around video which he did without hesitation. I made the decision to purchase the truck, bought my plane ticket and Nyle held it for me on my arrival. I came in late and they stayed past closing to make sure we could finish up the transaction. Big bonus, when i finalized the sale in finance they offered me the warranties and financing but didn't put on the hard, drawn out close to twist my arm into a deal. I used my own financing and walked out with a great truck at a great price. There was a small discrepancy with the truck that i missed in the videos and Nyle didn't realize until i was already at the airport but in the end, they were honest in the whole process and made it right. Almost spent an extra 5k on a local truck that was exactly the same and had more miles. So glad I connected with Nyle and made the trip down to Fort Worth to buy from Autonation!

They no longer offer their drop in oil change, so I had to make an appointment and come back a week later. On the second trip they quickly processed my reservation and completed the oil change in about 30 minutes.

Don, my service advisor was excellent. Service was done perfectly as asked. No hassles or haggles. Very upfront. The service waiting room leaves something to be desired. Not the greatest or comfortable chairs, but it is just a waiting area. Overall I would go back again.

Took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport here after I had another Jeep Dealership try and find out why the lights would go out randomly, parking break light intermittent, as well as key fob intermittently working. With in two days they found the issue and was able to resolve, even though the other place "said" it was fixed.

Prior to 2020 this place was great. I trusted the service workers and the service was super efficient. The past couple of times that I went the service has been slow and incomplete. I went the week of Thanksgiving for an oil sensor light. They told me I needed an oil change and that should fix the problem. It took about an hour and they said it was fixed. They charged me $150 then I drove around the block and the light was back on. I had to bring my car back. They kept it for about 4 days and then charged me a diagnostic fee of $200 and gave me a list of issues. The total was going to be around $1000 and $700 of that was labor alone. Then tried to bribe me into giving them a 5 star review. Long story short I took my car elsewhere and only paid $100. They took less than an hour to fix actual problem. I didn't need all the parts the dealership claimed. The dealership also did not top off my fluids for the second time. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I'm in Savannah Georgia and Bought a new 2022 ram limited ecodiesel from them 3 weeks ago. Best price I could find nation wide and I was surprised at how easy it was.... the price was exactly as advertised and they walked me through everything I needed to get in order to facilitate the sale.... I was kept in the loop about everything during the process and when it came time to ship my truck I was told it could take 2 weeks possibly 3..(bummer) ..... 4 days later I was driving my new vehicle! I couldn't believe it.... half way across the country I ordered the exact truck I wanted for the lowest price available and honestly believe I spent less time on the phone or with emails than I would of if I walked down the street and bought a truck I only kind liked off the lot with a local dealership......... I'm gonna be straight forward I won't need another vehicle for 10 plus years but my wife and friends will and this is the first place we'll look............ and with how they conducted business it'll likely also be the last!! 5 STARS!

The car I bought had a dead battery when I went to look at it. The salesman looked dumbfounded when the vehicle wouldn’t start and had no response, so out of irritation, we left. After looking at several other vehicles at other dealerships, I realized that this was the vehicle I really wanted. When I went to another AutoNation, the salesman stated that he could sell me the one I wanted and would get it running and in good condition. However, I did not have my trade-in with me and had explained to them that I wasn’t driving my trade-in because I did not feel comfortable driving it with the way it was acting (shaking when at a stop and acting like it was about to die on me). Nevertheless, the dealership was eager to complete the deal THAT night without seeing the trade-in. This was on a Saturday evening. Come Monday morning, they told me they would send a tow truck to pick up my trade-in and that the car I bought had already been transferred to their location awaiting my arrival. After waiting on the salesman to contact me back and receiving little communication for hours at a time regarding the tow truck I was awaiting for my Trade-in, my husband and I got sick of waiting and paid for a tow truck to deliver our trade-in to the dealership so that we could discuss things with someone face-to-face. When we arrived at the dealership at about 730pm, you could tell that we were an after thought since we had already completed the paperwork the previous Saturday. The salesman finally appeared, took our trad-in keys without looking at the vehicle and then went to get the tags for the car we purchased. Not until the salesman came back to tell me he was taking me to the new vehicle, did we know that we were having to drive to the other dealership (at least 20 minutes away) to go get it. [By the way, it was pouring down rain that evening] The dealership it was at was obviously closed by this time. When we got there, my husband and I waited in his car completely stunned at the disorganization and lack of communication. The salesman had gone to get the keys, did not check to see if everything was working on the vehicle or that everything was included like it had said on the purchase receipt. The salesman finally came back out, handed me the dealer tags and keys and that was it, he was finished with me. I got in it for the first time with it running and had to figure out how to turn the lights on, etc. As I was leaving, I noticed that there was no gas in the vehicle and I would need to stop at the gas station. After driving a few blocks, it was obvious that the vehicle needed new shocks or something because every little bump felt like a giant pothole. I drove it home and when I got back in it the following morning, I realized that it was missing the DVD remote and four headphones that it said it came with. I could not figure out how to get the second row DVD screen to work without the remote. When I contacted the salesman, he wouldn’t listen and only wanted to talk about the trade-in. Their customer service after a sale plummeted more than any other dealership that I have ever dealt with or worked for. Apparently, his manager was upset that the trade-in wasn’t drivable (again, nothing I kept from them in the beginning). They demanded that we pay an extra $3,500 before they would even listen to the concerns we had about the new car. Come to find out, the new car needs new struts and a new DVD player in the back. We paid the extra money but will now be forced to pay for the repairs on the new vehicle because they now state that they won’t cover them because it’s not a safety hazard and the 30 day warranty doesn’t cover it. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this dealership again!

I was pre approved on financing all i needed was for him to Email my financial institution with a legit sales order!! This guy waited until Tuesday at 4 o'clock to inform me that the Tahoe was having mechanical issues above and beyond what they could fix. He had another salesman contact me with that info rather than himself. What a salesman. I would never spend a dollar with this place due to this GREAT customer service.

From the moment I walked in I should’ve known getting my car serviced here wasn’t the best decision. Depending on your demographic, the customer service side of things are vastly different. I parked my car and walked inside the glass door office where multiple reps sat staring aimlessly into their computers and paperwork. I initially stood there for a moment before I had to announce “who do I need to speak to about an oil change appointment?” The female rep to the right of the entrance concluded her phone call and asked how can she help me. She was the only one who spoke. I gave her my information and she directed me to the rep that was just to the left of me. While confirming my information and appointment in a robotic manner, an older white male customer walked in and was greeted with “hello, do you have an appointment today”from the rep who sat behind the young lady on the right aforementioned? Thereafter I sat for 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation when I was initially quoted an hour and 15 minutes at most. No other issues were found and the oil change charge was $120. Being a veteran I’ve lived many places but the distasteful spirit of this place was loud and pungent. I will look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. The service rep. Stephen was no help whatsoever… Took 2 weeks to tell me my battery was dead, when we asked for a failed battery test they magically couldn’t provide it. Got my Jeep home after 2 weeks and my stop/start battery was dead… the only update we got was when we called repeatedly to ask about and update. Will never take my vehicle there again even if it is convenient I rather drive 45 mins out of my way than to deal with them again.

My heavily modified diesel Wrangler has 37" tires on Hutchinson double beadlocks, a heavy tire/wheel combination. Many places will not rotate heavy tires. AutoNation said that they would do it but that it was an extra $45 due to the oversize/weight of the tires. I thought this was very reasonable, and they even rotated my 5th spare tire into the mix. The staff is also friendly.

It’s been over a year since I got my car but I still feel the need to leave this review. I purchased my car and before it was bought I was told the battery would be replaced with a brand new one (They didnt do it at first). The day I was taking it home before it left the lot the LED on my driver side was “out”, I told Christian (the person who sold me the car) and he told me it would be taken care of. Well since I had to bring it back to change my battery, it was diagnosed with some other issues as well, they tried to over look my LED light. The woman in the service dept was basically trying to make me feel dumb and kept trying to tell me the difference between my LED & my headlight, almost second guessing myself saying there wasn’t any issue with the lights. But when I picked up my car, my driver side LED was out and well what do you know she was “surprised”. The best she could do was not charge me for another evualatuon. Not to mention I had just spent $1000 on taking care of what else was going on with it. I will never bring my business here again.

Janey was very courteous in answering all my questions and responded promptly to my inquires. Customer service was great. Aside from that, Ram needs to work on standing behind their product. I've owned my truck for less than a year and already have two repair issues that aren't covered under warranty. I was able to get partial compensation for one issue but none on the other. Both issues have to do with fit and finish, not mechanical so I'd figure Ram should stand behind their product. I likely won't be a future consumer of their product.

After we purchased our car with a receiver hitch it took two years to get the receiver hitch. TWO YEARS!! We had an issue with the service auto wipers sensor that was going off every time it rained. The first time we took it in they said they couldn’t fix it if it wasn’t going off. Months later when it rained again in Texas we took a picture of the warning light and took it back in. This time they told us they would order the part needed and contact us when it came in. Months and months later, when it rained again in Texas, we contacted them again. At first they didn’t know what we were talking about, then they said they had the part, but it would be another week before we could bring it in to be fixed. After bringing it in, they called to tell us that because we had our hail damage repaired by an independent shop, our warranty had been voided and they are no longer responsible for any problems. We will not be buying another vehicle from this place. Unless you are looking for bad customer service stay away. All we got was people dropping the ball and passing the buck. Very dissatisfied!

Literally the WORST experience with service dept, Made an appointment to bring jeep in with service warranty, recall, oil change, tire rotation. Vehicle was there at 0900 am picked up at 0500 pm. Only thing done was oil change, Was there all day didn't touch anything for 15 min oil change. They didn't even reset the oil change warning. Just horrible dept with zero service.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM North Fort Worth After 3 years of requesting dealerships to look into an issue I had right after I bought my Jeep in another state, and all would have been covered by warranty... 2 different dealerships told me they were backed up 3 weeks plus, and another 2 months plus before another one in Fort Worth could even get to the service I required, and had told me all along they could not do a full diagnostic without seeing a light on (It would turn on and off) however the engine stalling had been going on all along. The Service Dept here not only replaced the entire wiring problem and parts, but expedited things so that in only a few days I was driving it, and on top of everything, gave me a much better discounted deal when the Mgr overheard it had all been covered by warranty all along, while I had been asking for help, through July this year, just before this all happened and they first saw it. I will not only be going back, but they are my 'go to', now that I have found them. I work hard to maintain and keep my Jeep in good shape, and prefer only certified mechanics work on it. I feel secure with this group, and thank you again for helping me in what felt like a rather desperate situation while driving over 1000 miles to get back only to find you. I highly recommend them.

The service team is top notch. They listen and recommend and not force the issue. However there are some things that can be lifted from the mess that is . First, there is no customer appreciation in the fact if you have your vehicle worked on they don't clean the car. second, it was like pulling teeth when asked for a loaner because they didn't have any or don't, either way that needs to change. finally there needs to be a higher standard in the service department. Simple Quality control.

Sometimes as a woman going to an auto place can be a little intimidating and the employees sometimes talk down to you or make you feel pressured to add on more services. I wanted to give half of another star but it won't let me. My sales guy Lyle was great. Very personable and down to earth, didn't try and pressure me into anything. He gave off the impression he was just there to help us. The only things I didn't like is once we decided on the vehicle we wanted and it was in the finance guys hand they took forever. Saw plenty of finance guys in their office without a customer, but We had to wait literally hours. I ended up paying a little more than I wanted for this truck but in the end I agreed to it so I can't complain too much about that. Not an amazing experience but I have certainly had worse experiences with other dealerships.

I regret buying my Jeep here everytime I have to call thier service department. After 5 attempts to schedule a recall repair, they tell me they aren't doing that repair anymore because it doesn't work and Jeep doesn't know how to fix the problem. This dealer does not answer service calls. They outsource to an offsite group who have repeatedly told me they can't answer any questions, just schedule the appointment. Very frustrating.

I had a great experience with AutoNation. I live out of town and had plans to be there for the week with family. They were able to get me in and fix all the issues I had on my Jeep in a timely manner. They had my Jeep for three days as opposed to a month like my local dealership quoted me. They were very friendly and Joseph kept me informed with parts delivery and price for services. Will definitely take my Jeep back for any future repairs.

My 2020 dodge journey was t boned by a hit and run driver. The first body shop wanted to total the car. This shop repaired it. Getting parts took some time. I was initially told to go to North Fort Worth for my gear shifter recall on my 2019 van. I arrive and was greeted by an obnoxious man who just said "we can't do that here". I had to ask where it can be done then he told me North Richland Hills. He starts to walk away and I said I'm also scheduled to have an oil change and tire rotation. This seemed to annoy him but he "allowed" me to get this done anyway. I then drove to NRH and, after 11 hours, I got everything fixed, including a transmission service and 2 tire replacements. 2 Days later, I notice 2 large puddles of transmission fluid [about 12" diameter circles] on my driveway. The next day, I arrive late in the afternoon and the [awesome!] Service Associate, Taylon, I believe??, got me in. I've now lost about 15 hours of work, as this is my work van, this week. When I leave, at about 6:30pm, I notice my steering wheel shaking as if the new tire hasn't been balanced. Tire rotation and 2 tire replacements had been doing this since the first visit on Monday; this is Wednesday. I called and left the Service Associate a VM explaining what I'm now experiencing and, after almost a week, no call back. I am so done with AutoNation. Lesson learned. Never again!!

I've used them for years and always fair and expert service, but this October it was obvious to me as a consumer that service fell badly. I asked to replace the antenna cable in my 2011 Ram Truck. I ordered it directly from their parts department. I make the repair appointment, and no cable in the parts dept. The Rep then asks if I ordered it from them, and not another dealership. Sorry young lady but I know who and when I called to order the part. She then proceeds to tell me the price is $350 for parts and labor. Young lady, I looked up the parts on Mopar for $85, and replacement is a 30-40 minute job. Calls back and tell me she ordered the parts, and now the price is $502 due to labor. Young lady, labor charge should be the minimum. Well, he already did the work and was finishing up. What? Done but never called with the higher price. This has to be the most expensive antenna in the metroplex. I'll never go back.

I am beyond furious with the service I received at this location. I originally brought my car in on 9/29 because my check engine light was on saying “engine temperature hot” and it would not start after sitting all day. When I brought it in I also mentioned there was a rattle in the back hatch that the last time I took it in to the dealership I was told they could not replicate the sound so they could not fix it (this was in 2020). I was told by Stephen that there were going to be two things to diagnose at about $200 each and that they were not going to charge for the rattle because all they would have to do is “open it up and see where to put the tape”. I did ask for clarification that he would not charge for that which he agreed that there would not be a charge. I was then called the next day and told by battery needed to be replaced and the total was to be around $400, but as far as the rattle, I had personal items in the back that needed to be removed before the could diagnose the sound. I picked up my personal items and on Tuesday Stephen texted me about the sound saying it was going to be $300. I again asked for clarification if it was an additional $300 or that the total was $300. He said “$300 total”. I authorized the fix under the impression that my total for the trip was $300. When I went to finally pick up my car on 10/5 I was told that my total was $700. I was confused because he had said my total was $300. He then told me it was $400 to replace the battery and $300 for the rattle. I informed him that that was not what he had said at any point and that had I known it was going to be $700 I would never have authorized the additional $300. He said that all that he could do was take off $100. When I told him I needed to talk to someone who could handle the issue he said he was in charge at that moment and that his supervisor would be in the office in the morning. He informed me that there was no way to leave with my vehicle without paying at that moment. Due to the fact that I needed my vehicle the next day I gave him my card and told him I would be returning in the morning to speak with the supervisor. Stephen then went to get my car and I stepped away for a moment to collect myself because I was frustrated. When I returned to collect my car Stephen had left the car running, with the door open, and the key in the seat and had already walked back inside. I then found another employee to ask if it was okay to take my car. The next morning I did return to talk with the supervisor, Brad. Brad appeared to be very nice and understanding and did agree that the communication from Stephen was not clear as to all the charges and informed me that it was a training opportunity for the whole team. He then said that the ticket was still open and that he would adjust the price. I asked him if he needed my card and he said no that since it was open and the card was on file that he would take care of it, he just needed to figure out how to pay the mechanic/tech. He verified that he had the correct phone number for me and said that he would reach out. Today is 10/12 a week later, I have called the service department and left messages with them for Brad to call me back regarding the conversation we had a week ago because I have not heard anything and the adjustment has not been made to my card. Like I said I am beyond furious with this whole experience.

I returned from vacation to find my Jeep in my garage with two dead batteries. They would not take a jump. I made an appointment at Autonation on I35W in Ft Worth for a Thursday. Tow truck could not get vehicle running so I had to have them tow it. Of course this made it too late for my 1pm appointment. The vehicle sat in the dealer lot until Monday before they would even look at it. They would not give me a loaner so I had to rent a car from enterprise at $120 a day plus tax. My batteries were only a year old, still under warranty at Batteries plus (NRH). I had to demand to talk to the principal at AutoNation to get them to remove the batteries for me to return to Batteries Plus. It took 48 hours for Batteries Plus to recondition them. I returned the reconditioned batteries to AutoNation for reinstallation. Somewhere in the process, a terminal on the aux battery was damaged. Both AutoNation and Batteries Plus blamed each other, so I had to buy a new one from the dealership. Long story short, with additional “recommended repairs” (serpentine belt,) I was out over $1,600 between the repairs and car rental. Lots of blame to go around but I won’t be going back to this dealership or Batteries plus (in North Richland Hills,) again.

First, I'd like to say that the only person at this location with any human decency is Charles John-Charles. Now down to business....Joy Moore sold my husband a used truck. They boasted their thorough inspection process and if it doesn't pass they can't sell us the truck. However he tried to contact her during the 5 day warranty window to discuss an issue with the truck and she did not respond until after the 5 day window. At which time she said sorry about your luck. So now after the truck spent 3 weeks in the shop we are stuck with a $2500 fix 6 weeks after our purchase. The "inspection" clearly wasn't as thorough as they boast. The issue existed before we purchased the truck per the Ford dealership that we were sent to per the purchased warranty. Our issue is that everyone that could've helped us at this Fort Worth location has avoided any contact with us. In fact, when I did speak to Joy she hung up on me. Ironically she dialed my number by accident but while I had her on the phone I asked questions. We both left several messages for David Baker, the GM, and never received a single call or text from him. It's funny because these people lost a loyal customer. My husband had every intention of purchasing a new truck in a few years from them. I would think long and hard if you are looking at a vehicle at this location. They truly lived up to the stereotypical used car salesman experience. 0 out of 10 DON'T RECOMMEND.

We visited this dealership to look at an advertised 2018 HYUNDAI SANTA FE. It was so nicely detailed and in such excellent condition, it basically sold itself after the test drive. Romani was our sales person who made the whole process very personable, friendly, and had a very can do attitude. After all the paperwork and coming to an agreement on a trade in value, we were surprised to see they put new tires on the Santa Fe! They also drove it to our house and picked up the trade-in. Even had to come back to get the title for it. All done in a professional, courteous manner . Plus, a 90 day warranty to make us feel more assured in buying a used vehicle:)) We are satisfied and pleased.

they lied and said my aftermarket speaker wire caused my window to go out, just so they could try to void my warranty ! mind you my truck is not 2 years old.. my audio people said they were full of sh*t .. and my mobile mechanic came and fixed my issue with a 100$ window regulator. the dealership quoted me 700$ for the same fix, while trying to add parts i didnt need.. i paid 200$ for a diagnostic fee, which they didnt do a good job of obviously . they are taught and coached to upcharge and try to void warranties. They did not hold my down payment check for two weeks like I asked them to after they said they would. They cashed it within two days and I got overdraft fees on my bank account which I’m sure they are not willing to help with. I tried to call and talk to a manager and just kept getting voicemails. I didn’t want a voicemail I wanted a real person so I called back and I guess they could see my number and name on the caller ID and would pick up the phone and immediately send me to a voicemail. so I had to call the new car side and they got me in touch with a lady named Mia she was nice but couldn’t do anything. she had a salesman named David that I have never spoken to reach out to me in text message and all he said was “Mia asked me to reach out about the check that was run too early” I told him the problem and have not heard anything back they have horrible customer service and once they sell you a vehicle they don’t give a crap about you after that. I will never do business with AutoNation again.

***SAVE YOUSELF TIME, STRESS AND DISSAPPOINTMENT AND AVOID THIS SHOP*** I chose Auto Nation to make the repairs to my 2019 Ram Laramie Longhorn with hope that the dealer body shop would repair it to the highest level. This was not at all the case. After having my truck for over 3 months to complete a repair that was said to take 2 to 3 weeks the vehicle was still not repaired to even their standard. My truck was painted 4 different times and every time there were major issues examples following, Hair in the paint, fisheyes, budges, paint runs, parts of the vehicle not cleared very rough tape lines paint overspray on the rims, windshield and bumpers of the truck just to name a few. After having conversation's with Bob Brown the Director he agreed to issues a full refund and admitted that his team has had a lot of changes and they do not have the people in place to complete the work correctly. He has since decided not to refund the monies paid. This is completely unacceptable. I have a truck in worse condition now than when it was taken in for repairs.

After reading the reviews I was taking back. This was not my experience at all. I had a problem with my 2500 while hauling my horses to Oklahoma. My check engine light came on and I lost power. I pulled in and got right in. They did tell me it would be a few days but I understood. They had to order a few parts and I had to wait 2 days but I was back on the road in 4 days total. Last week I took my 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 eco diesel for an oil change and to have a slow leak fixed in a tire. The advisor, Dana, told me I needed to have my fuel filter replaced. I told to go ahead and change it. 30 minutes later it was ready. I paid the $480 and left. Less than a mile down the road I get a service Electronic fuel message followed by my fan turning on high. I turned around and went back to the dealership. I left the truck running so the advisor could hear what was going on. Dana came out with another advisor and confirmed that there was an error. Dana also told the other advisor that she had seen that error when she brought the truck out to me but that after turning the truck off and then on again the error wasn’t there. Dana asked me if I want them to diagnose the problem. She said there would be a $174 diagnostic fee to determine the problem and it would be at least 3 days before they could look at it. I asked if the truck was drivable and was told no. I said that I guess I don’t have a choice so they needed to look at it. I expressed my concern that it seemed odd that I got the error immediately after they changed the fuel filter. I said that I really don’t believe in coincidences. Dana’s response was, unfortunately we do believe in coincidences. She said people always think we are just trying to make money off of them. Frustrated that I had to leave my truck and even more frustrated that they were going to charge me when 10 minutes earlier they had the truck in their shop. I really had no choice but to leave it, call my wife who was an hour away to come pick me up. I called Dana several times during the next to days to ask for a status update. Each time she was condescending and seemed bothered by my calls. Finally I was told they found the problem and it had to do with a cooling sensor. Not the error message I got earlier. Dana told me that it would be over 800 to fix it. Of course I gave the ok, what else could I do. 5 days after taking my truck in for an oil change I picked up my truck after paying over $1300. So why am I so disappointed and dissatisfied? Forget the coincidence of having my truck break down immediately after an oil change. What I am really frustrated about is the total lack of empathy and or understanding. Customer service was absent during my experience. I will never do any business with Autonation nor will I recommend them to anyone. I normally don't leave bad reviews but in this case I am left with no choice. I've called them three times and each time have to leave a detailed message for why I'm calling. No call back yet so I am leaving this review. Two weeks ago, on 4/6, I brought my Wrangler in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Gentlemen by the name of Steven helped me and he was nice and I was happy with my experience. Over this past weekend I was washing the Wrangler when I noticed something strange. There is damage to my wheel on the rear passenger rim. The dealership DID NOT damage my wheel but the wheel was in the same place as before I brought it in. They charged me for a tire rotation but unless they took the tires off the rims to rotate, they did not actually perform this service. They have yet to call me back and there doesn't seem anyway to get someone live on the phone. I will also be leaving this review with North Texas Jeep Club if I don't hear back from them soon. I've been too busy to drive over there but I really should have to. By now, someone should have gotten my message, investigated, and called me back. Or just called me back.

Our experience was great with both the service team and the sales team. First off, our previous vehicle had a check engine light so we took it in and the service team immediately performed a diagnosis. Unfortunately the part had a long wait due to the global supply chain issues so we decided to trade the vehicle in. The sales team was great and offered us a very fair price on the trade in and the new vehicle. The entire staff was very nice and was never pushy about anything. If you are looking for a CDJR dealer not charging mark-ups above MSRP on new cars as well as having an excellent service center, go here!!!

If I could give no stars I would, but that's not an option. My 2021 jeep Rubicon is still under warranty. Took it in for testing and they determined it needs the motor replaced. I called mopar/jeep to start a case. It's been 3 business days and still no response from the case manager even after leaving multiple messages. The dealership refuses a loaner and said I would have to get a rental and be reimbursed after the work was done. That will cost me at least $1000 just for a week with no promise of being reimbursed. There are no rentals available, they are booked out. Got a call from the dealership this morning asking if I was happy with my service. I said nothing has been done yet. Sounds to me like they have closed the ticket which means they probably have also sent the replacement motor back as well. Still no one has contacted me other than that call today. Now I find out that they can move the replacement of the motor a couple of weeks, so why threaten me with sending the parts/ motor back and closing the ticket. I have asked to speak with the service director and he won't return my calls.

THEY ADDED 8k worth of warranty that I never asked for. And to hide their stuff they didn’t print the breakdown page for me the day we signed and I was supposed to get a copy of my contract in my Email but we never did. When we went to trade in the truck I found out there was 13k of negative equity and was shocked. When I asked for the breakdown page William the finance manager texted my wife half the page to hide the breakdown. When I finally got an emailed copy 8 months later I saw the $8k worth of warranties. They wouldn’t reimburse the amount. I never used the warranty because I didn’t know it was even there and had to do some work on my truck. They said I needed to cancel within 30 days. Like how would I know i need to cancel if I never agreed to it or have the actual paperwork to see the charges. I don’t even see my signature on the emailed copy on the breakdown page.

I'm a very disappointed "ex" loyal customer. I've bought my last 3 cars from them over a span of 9yrs. They've always accommodated my vehicles after purchase. Mind you, all of my vehicles had something wrong with them after ive purchased them, but they bring me right in and fix whatever the issue is. Until this last purchase. They promised to fix the chip in my windshield that the sales guy and i both saw the night i picked my truck up. The next day, i gound that my sunroof was broken, Sport mode button was broken, tpsm needed to be replaced, and that there was a rattling sound coming from my front wheel well. They told me there was nothing they could do to get my car serviced because they gave me a good deal on the car. Hell, they should have given me an even better deal with ALL THE PROBLEMS this one has. They could care less about my loyalty to them even though every vehicle I've bought from them has had some problem or another after purchase. It was completely disappointing to be treated this way, and lead out the door like i haven't been their biggest supporter the last 9 yrs. Thanks a lot Autonation, you lost a good one, but by the actions of the Sales manager, they could care less.

Went for oil change/detail on my gladiator that I bought from them. Had a 10:15 appt. arrived on time and was told it would be 5 pm before it would be ready if I had it detailed. This was never disclosed to me. Declined detailing. Left to run errands and they said they would call when finished. 3 hours later I called and they had not even touched my vehicle? Short on staff for the day but never revealed this to me either or I would have rescheduled. Very poor customer service. No transparency at all!

I just resigned from my job, because my jeep is still being worked on two months later. I was told 8 days and we got a rental, we have insurance great ! 41 days jeep still not done and my job kept telling how much longer . I had to return the rental, due to its limitations. Only one car in the house , I kept being late or couldn’t go into work . I finally had to resign because I felt bad telling my employer one more week and I’ll have my vehicle back. Kinda felt like they didn’t believe me. Two months later , our jeep still isn’t fixed. I have no job . And yes those are military tags on the jeep. 20 yrs of service we retired in Texas . And we still have to make our jeep payments and we still have to pay a $500 deductible . My heart breaks I lost a good job . At least my husband still has his job. Here we are into the holidays and no job .. no jeep

2 plus hours for an oil change and a tire rotation that I had an appointment for. I had to prompt a service advisor to check on my vehicle before someone to let me know what the heck was going on. I get that You we’re busy but you guys could communicate better and let me know my appointment would be behind….text, email, phone call…hell I was in the waiting room. Could have walked into the next building. So far my maintenance plan is not living up to its value nor would I recommend AutoNation for anything at this time. I could have gotten a crappy cheaper oil change from Jiffy lube or NTB.

Terrible dealership experience - noticed the day after purchase that the car had some serious issues ... called 3x - left messages and requested calls back - nothing - Now I'm on the 3rd day that I've had to take off work as a single mother because they sold me a damaged / non-drivable car and have no sense of urgency to fix / correct ... I have called this dealership in TEARS and they truly couldn't have cared any less if they tried ... called again today - still waiting for them to "see what they can do" - if you were considering purchasing from here - trust me DONT !!!!!!

Crap! That's about all I can say. I've bought 3 Jeeps in the past 5 years. The most recent, a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I paid for the remote start to be installed. Was advised due to the shortages, it would be 6-8 weeks. No follow up calls so 4 months in, I call to get an update. Sales points to Service. Service says it's Sales. Luckily my Service guy, Don Ferguson, steps up to resolve issues.....clearly there have been many. Took my Jeep in to get the remote start installed and guess what....they ordered the wrong one. SERIOUSLY?!?!? I'm paying interest on equipment that isn't even installed in this vehicle. I am soooo annoyed with this dealership. I will also say that Dana stepped up to try to help resolve my issues as well. Desk drawers falling apart, no updates to the facility. What a mess. I'm tired of the placating calls from managers.

N FT Worth - Took my Jeep to get serviced. Great customer service from Dana from the moment I checked in. It was a simple service appointment, and I appreciated her honesty that there was a possibility my Jeep wouldn't be ready by closing so there were no surprises. She scheduled my pickup for the next day and had a courtesy shuttle pick me up at home in the morning. Dana was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service department only worked on what was needed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The courtesy shuttle driver was on time and very nice. This isn't the location where I bought my Jeep but prefer to get it serviced at this location.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS - do your homework BEFORE considering Autonation on North Freeway in Fort Worth. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND the used vehicles they sell. Nor are they inspected as advertised. The used car sales manager, Joe, REFUSED ANY assistance. On the contrary, he cited “user error” and suggested I go elsewhere for repairs. I was stressing so bad about what to do and you gave me a plan, stayed in contact with me till the tow truck got my car to the dealership, fixed my car satisfactorily and got my car back to me within a couple of hours. I had to take my car in to your service shop back in May as well, and it was the same top notch communication and service! Each time was for tire repair due to construction debris, but the piece of metal that went into my tire Friday night was definitely the worst of the two, and Friday night was a bad night, but you helped to turn things around on Saturday! Nice to experience Southern hospitality, coming from NY. Dana was extremely courteous, informative, and fair. Had a wiring issue, and thought I needed new brakes. Service department was honest-told me brakes were fine-and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need!!! Problem was resolved relatively quickly, and we had our car back up and running. First of all the lady that sits in the office is rude and doesnt help you at all she tells you to ask someone else for help. 2nd my car only has 45,000 miles and was over heating they wanted over 400 to replace a hose which they said then they would still need further testing to make sure why it was overheating. I picked up hose on my own for 50 dollars and still is over heating so I will have to pay another 160$ diagnosis fee to them again. Just do not feel that this is fair nor correct I was told it was possibly a head gasket by another mehanic but they want to nickel and dime me to death so they will not have to uphold the warranty it feels like it

Sean was great to deal with while purchasing our new/used vehicle however, I do not recommend trying to get your car serviced through them as the scheduler has no answers to my pertaining to when the gates open & if key drop box is available. Left several messages & it took me calling Sean (the person we purchased the vehicle from) to walk over to service department for them to call me back with answers. I feel like the person answering the phone should know the basic answers to questions.

I brought my car in to fix ac paid 1,000 dollars. Less than a year later brought it back for ac repair, wanted them to check brakes and oil change , 500 dollars later I had my oil changed. Could not find problem with ac. Next month went to get my car inspected and I was told I needed brakes. I informed the man I just had them checked, he showed me the brake pads that were almost gone. I came back to the dealership 2 months later because the ac went out again and brought the brakes. They said they would make it right, I owed another 500 dollars. I could go on…

I was given no prior instruction to use entrance through the ?service drive? and when told about it, was told to go get my car and bring it there. When I spoke with my advisor, I specifically mentioned that I thought the tires needed to be checked, yet nothing is noted on my multipoint report about tread depth remaining, etc. at the end of service, nothing that was completed or found was explained to me at all. Just charged, has to ASK for my paperwork AND keys, and sent on my way with a note that stated ?air filter, cabin filter, brake flush may need serviced based on mileage?, which tells me no one even bothered to look. I purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle, I certainly hope this poor service doesn?t void any of it.

Chrysler (not just this dealer) should put some emphasis on providing the prospective customer with the opportunity to have access to the total list of specifications available foe the model car he is interested in. The prospect could then be comfortable that he is buying specs he wants and not paying for specs or a similar model he is not interested in. The car may even be in the dealers next order from Chrysler.

I reached out to Ron at Autonation regarding the powersteering recall on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. He was flexible, allowing me to bring the vehicle in when convenient. The only reason I visit this Autonation for service is because they sold me the care plan while buying the Car, and I have already paid for it. But I still end up paying good amount of money and wait time of 2 plus hrs. Things I do not recommend: Protection/Care plan is a SCAM - Do not buy or terminate if you have already bought it. They have sold 5 different plans of 5 different companies, for e.g Dent protection is Administrated by one company where as tyre and wheel protection is administered by other company. I have 2 small dents but none of the plan is covering it, Dent protection says it requires paint so not covered and Appearance protection says they do paint only if it is faded. This is frustrating ride. I have waste my money on this - You don’t Service Wait time - I was there a 3rd person in line at 6.45 am still it took 3 hrs for my car get ready for only oil change and alignment . Estimation given was 1-1.5 hr. Over selling and recommendations - Though I have care plan paid for oil change they do recommend multiple things at each service and make sure I pay minimum $200 and above. My car is 2018 make but at each service they have recommended some serious issues about car which I cannot ignore. So in-spite of buying the care plan, I still pay at each service. Please do not just comment asking me to call. You guys called me next day to check If I am open for trading this car and buying new one. If you are really concerned about your customers call for fixing such issues too. Summary - Please Avoid going to Autonation or one day you would be writing similar frustrating recommendations.

Service rep was great, no issues there. Was there at 7 am, first in line for oil change and tire rotation. FIRST vehicle in and it still took over an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. Several times I saw the mechanic stop and eat food. This is unacceptable. The ONLY reason I use this dealership is because it’s close. Every time I take in my vehicle and the first one in it takes at least an hour. Time to find some speedier mechanics.

This is the second time I’m highly disappointed by the Service department. I scheduled my appointment 1 week early so that they’d have time to get what they needed in. I had an 8am appointment and was told around 4pm (after I called them for an update) that my parts got in an hour ago…I wasn’t able to pick my vehicle up until the following day at 2pm. I’ve told them before that I cannot for the life of me understand why an appointment is even made. My service advisor did not contact me one time even though she told me she would text me with updates. When I showed up to pick it up I honestly had no idea if it was ready or not because I still hadn’t been told a thing. ZERO communication. If you’re going to use their Service department be prepared to be there for hours even for a simple oil change.

This Jeep dealership, has poor customer service. I called a while back as something on my Jeep, still under warranty, broke. Trying to get them to just look at it was difficult. I called and text many times and they never called me back. We found a fix on Jeep Forum that worked. This time I just went for oil change and tire rotation. I have to say my service guy, Steve was just grumpy and unpleasant. Overall my experience here, so far, isn't good

So, when we needed repairs done on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler, this was the first place we thought of. HUGE MISTAKE! The check engine light was on, the heater was not working, and there were a few other minor things we wanted looked at. The woman we originally dealt with, Analise, was pleasant and took down all of our concerns. It took a few days for the technicians to look at the problems, but they were busy and we understood. The diagnosis came back that we needed a new engine because there was a sludge covering all of the engine components and possibly a cracked oil cooler (for a Jeep with only 44k miles!) $13k worth of repairs. They then insisted that we had not properly performed oil changes (we have always and regularly changed the oil and have a maintenance log!) and that was what caused the issue. After looking the issue up online, it seems that there are multiple class-action lawsuits for an assembly problem which leaves sand in the cast components which then creates a sludge that flows through the heating components and oil cooler (sound familiar?). Analise then was very nice in trying to work with us to file a claim under the powertrain warranty - which should have covered this problem. We change our own oil, so we were trying to call all the various auto parts stores where we could remember purchasing oil and filters because we needed to provide receipts but many do not keep records longer than a year. So, no luck on warranty - and not their fault, but something Chrysler and Jeep should be ashamed of - they KNOW about this problem, but are not honoring warranties or recalling vehicles for this problem! Analise had promised to provide a status update by 5:00pm, but we didn't hear anything that day or the day after. So, we called to try to reach her and see if there was anything else that could be done. We reached another woman, Briana, who was truly the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Instead of listening and asking questions, she kept talking over us on the phone, demeaning us and treating us like we were stupid. We were genuinely trying to understand what our next steps were, but she was pushy and rude from the start. She blatantly lied about the recommended service schedule and when I called her on it and told her that I was reading from the manual, insisted that I was wrong. I mentioned the class-action lawsuits and was trying to explain the issue. Then, she just hung up on me. I called back and asked to have the service manager call me - never heard anything. We then made arrangements to have the repairs done at another shop, but they then claimed that our warranty would be voided nationwide if the repairs were not made there even if we towed the vehicle to another approved shop (this is not true and illegal!). Meanwhile, the other shop has been fantastic to work with and quoted us $6k less for the repairs!!! I refuse to do business with a company that employs individuals who treat their customers that way, so will never purchase a car from here again either. Not having documentation for the warranty claim was our fault, so we were still willing to have the repairs completed UNTIL were were treated so rudely and lied to. Don't do business here if you want to be treated with respect! Go somewhere else for honesty and good customer service.

This is the latest in many times that I have brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for major repairs. Every time it's between $1,500-$2,000. It's an older Jeep, so fine. What's most distressing, is that you have to be specific to the Service Writers, even checking their work before you drop it off. I asked for my hood and back hatch to be repaired, which would not stay up. They completely MISSED the back hatch and it wasn't fixed. Breanna the service writer performed poorly, as has Don in the past, who kept moving the date I could pick up my car on the repair before that. I asked the service writer (apparently Breanna couldn't be found when I had an issue) "why would I EVER consider buying a car here? He said nothing. I am done with this den of incompetence. The General Manager and Service Manager should be ashamed of the operation they are running. You have to make sure that you check everything that they do.

I understand that there are times that you can’t have your vehicle looked at in a timely manner, but when you schedule an appointment you expect to have a simple oil change done in 120 min the most. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change because I had another prior engagement. Brought my vehicle in at 9:30am and it was 12:15pm and it still wasn’t ready and that was with an appointment scheduled. Another complaint is that I liked taking my business there because they used to do the check points to my vehicle, which they haven’t done the last two time going there.

I decided to sell my truck and got prices from Carmax , Vroom and Autonation. I got the highest offer from Vroom but called Autonation dealer that was 3 miles from my house and asked if they would match Vroom offer and said I would bring the truck for them to inspect ( I went to Carmax earlier that day ). Autonation matched Vroom offer and I got a check today without the delay of Vroom process. Only slight downside was delay in finishing paper work and printing the check. It took about an hour after price was agreed upon but I have had longer paper work delays at dealerships when buying. Autonation has a central office that does the paperwork and it was a busy time at the end of the day. Overall I am very happy with the result. This was has been the worst experience I've ever faced. AutoNation is a nationwide predatory car dealership to Active-Duty service members. They knowingly sold me a defective RAM 2500, the transmission was rebuilt at their facility and catastrophically failed within six weeks of purchase. They held on to the truck for over two weeks before determining that it was a Chrysler warranty repair, then taking another week to repair it. The whole time refusing to assist with a loner vehicle or offer to pay for a rental car. I had to come out of pocket to pay for a three-week rental car and now they refuse to reimburse me. DO NOT use AutoNation to purchase any type of vehicle, especially if your Active-Duty Military!!

Got the oil change deal, that was "Given to me" because I'm Law Enforcement. I did not find out till my bank provided me a detail print out of my Jeep. I got charged $785 for my FREE OIL CHANGES. Took car on for normal service. Advised I needed an alignment. The car was not driving in a way that would indicate the need, but tire tread did. Had them complete the alignment and now the car is pulling hard right. I called my service advisor two days ago four days ago and have not heard back. Autonation North Fort Worth was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my 21 Wrangler. They have gone above and beyond customer service. FCA (fiat Chrysler) however has not. My wrangler has had maintenance issues from day 1. With less then 4K miles it has been in the shop for over 3 months for safety and mechanical issues, half the time I have had the wrangler. FCA refuses to enact the lemon law on this unit which is unacceptable to me as a customer. I have had other Wranglers in the past and this one seems to be the unlucky lemon. Even after the gear box was supposed to have been replaced in Dec 2020. November 2020 while traveling at 75 mph the cruise control loses integrity with a message stating it must be serviced. Problem could not be duplicated by the computer. Also, starting in January 2021 the lockers lights come on randomly. I have contacted my service rep each time and follow up with photos. I drive 290 miles one way to this dealership because I used to be treated fairly. Now I’m told they don’t have a loaner cae for me. They don’t loan cars on Saturday’s (but finally the manager allowed this last time) then when my vehicle was ready they were adamant. I had to come up in the middle of the week to get it, that their return policy is very strict. Service tech very rude. Stated there was nothing wrong with the Jeep. “Could not duplicate” the problem. It took all of 29 miles for the lights to come on and less than that for the steering to lose integrity (while stopped). The dealership was closed after I picked up the Jeep. I have videos of the locker lights situation. THEY NEVER DROVE THE JEEP to see if it could be duplicated. This was the 2nd Jeep I had purchased in less than 3 years.

I purchased a used truck from this dealership. Less than one month later I began having a small electrical problem. I was assured that this would be covered under the extended warranty that I purchased, however after their full ?diagnosis? the warranty claim was denied, and I was stuck with either paying over $400 to have the issue fixed, or eat a $160 diagnostic fee if I wanted to leave it alone. On top of this, while my truck was in their service department they shockingly found over $1,000 worth of extra maintenance items that they suggested be done. Mind you this truck was purchased just over a month prior. It?s clear that they don?t put any care or effort into their vehicles before just selling you something that they know needs repair. Overall this leaves a rather sour impression. I can?t say that I would recommend anyone else shop here, much less refer any of my friends or family here.

Service department. Took my truck in to get manifold gaskets and studs replaced. It went in on Friday and I got it on Thursday night of following week. I had let the service manager know to reinstall wheel well covers that were in bed of truck, not done! Poor service. I took my truck because I could not afford to be without my truck for another week!

So let me start off by saying that we have had issues with this dealership since the day we bought our vehicle, and that was almost 6 years ago. We had our vehicle towed there Wednesday afternoon. They had the far side of the entrance closed which made it hard for the wrecker driver. The service department wouldn't open the gate because they told me they didn't have the keys, the body shop did. That didn't make any sense at all. So I had to drive my car all the way back around to the other entrance. Then I had to wait for one of the service writers to finish his paper work because he was off the next day. Finally got it wrote up, then was told I couldn't get a loner because they didn't have any and that I had to wait until the mechanic diagnosed the problem with our car. ( there was 3 loaners parked outside) They contacted my wife and tried to sell us extra services due to the mileage on the car, which was well over $400 dollars. One of the services was an alignment. Our car never had an issue with that until today. Picked up the car and had to take it right back because the alignment was way off. Well, they apparently fixed it but it's still not right. Was told the Durango's are hard to align and it would take replacing everything to make it right. The service manager told me that. So now I am having to take it somewhere else now. So just an helpful suggestion, avoid this dealership like the plague. Make the extra trip if you can to the dealership in Weatherford. I've been told that they treat you like a person, not just another number.

My son went in for a recall. He scheduled an appointment and took in his jeep. The staff was very cold and non-personable. He was told that my part was in stock and that it would be ready the first thing the next morning and that he could pick my jeep up at 7am. He arrived at 7am only to be told they did not have the part! No phone call text or email informing him of this. Nothing, not even an apology. He was then told the part would be in later that day. He had to call an Uber to get back home, he was not even offered a shuttle even though it was their mistake. He waited all day hearing nothing from them. Late that afternoon he called them and was told they would not have the part until tomorrow! He found a ride and went back to get his Jeep. Again there was no apology and no sense of remorse for the way he had been treated. I would highly recommend that you do not rely on this dealership for any recalls or repairs.

They didn?t seem to care much. Never called back when they said they would. I always had to call and call. Was promised a loaner and never got it. Our issue could cause a serious accident and the quick fix they gave doesn?t seem to make sense. Won?t be back. I wasn?t treated like I was valued at all.

Ok. This is definitely not the common experience. In fact, I have never experienced anything like this before. My vehicle was in the service dept from September 2019 until the end of December 2020 for a check engine light. Several times throughout this time frame I was told the repairs had been done and after picking my vehicle up and driving a short distance, the check engine light would reappear. Well, I?m happy to report that after picking my car up on Dec 30, I?ve been driving nearly every day and no check engine light. It has been a year and 3 months that this dealership had my car, and the only reason that I am being nice and respectful about this situation is because of TC. She was the manager who always treated me with kindness and respect and took responsibility for this lengthy experience. Thank you TC for taking ownership and going over and above to keep a super frustrated customer from taking further actions.

Bought my car on 12/31/20 it is now 1/5/21 and haven?t gotten to pick it up yet. Have been talking to the sales rep pretty much daily but haven?t gotten any real updates. It only took me saying I want my money back to have the sales rep have the manager to call me to explain everything. Why is it so hard to communicate with a customer? I know you?re getting commission off of my purchase so I deserve to know why I haven?t gotten the green light to pick up my new car. I don?t trust this place and you shouldn?t either :-)

Had recall, EGR cooler, taken care of. Had some difficulty with a longer than necessary wait for parts from the manufacturer. However, when the parts did arrive, the dealership took my vehicle in, repaired, and back the same day. 5 stars for the dealer, 1 star for manufacturer (Dodge.)

I would not recommend AutoNation CDJ. We went there to trade our 2018 Ram for a 2019 Ram. We had an appointment for 11AM however we showed up at 10 AM. When we first looked at the 2019 Ram it was so dirty especially in the bed that we nearly walked away from the deal. We drove the vehicle and it operated nicely and Nik the salesman assured they would detail it before we took possession. We went ahead with the deal after agreeing to swap the tires between our truck and the new one and a good detailing of the new truck. This is where everything went downhill. We had to sit at the dealership for a total of 7 hours waiting for the service department to swap the tires and detail the new truck. We couldn't even leave to get lunch we had to have Door Dash deliver lunch to us because we were not even offered a courtesy vehicle to go get some food. My wife tried to talk to the manager but he basically ignored her. Lastly, it had gotten so late that we had to get a motel room because we were too fatigued to drive 175 miles home. I must say we love the vehicle but it should never take a dealership 7 hours to complete a vehicle sale. We would not recommend this dealership. I need to add one other thing , the service department scratched and damaged all 4 rims on the new truck swapping the wheels out. Service department is useless I live down the road and try to avoid this dealer at all costs for service work. Pulled up for a oil change and they all avoided eye contact and pretended to be busy I also had a huge issue getting some parking sensors fixed on my 2019 Ram that I just avoided getting them fixed because I couldn’t be going up and down with them still didn’t get them fixed and decided to just live with them being faulty. Truck prices are a joke.

Took my Jeep here for routine maintenance. . Oil change, tire rotation, state inspection. I was able to pull right up, no one else in line. I reviewed things with a friendly service advisor and asked if it wouldn?t be too long. She assured me it shouldn?t be too long. I was expecting about an hour and packed chik Fila and my 3 year old and planned to enjoy the nice weather we were having while waiting. Over 2 hours later! My car was finally ready, I would hardly say this is the fast express lane that they advertise. Next time we will go somewhere else for our routine maintenance as there is really no benefit in taking to the dealership at this point.

I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to asses the problem and provide a quote, I had no choose at that time, I left my van with them. I did hear back from them that same afternoon though. I was told the radiator and thermostat needed to be replaced. Estimated cost of $1547.00. I declined the service and told the service personal the only issue was the pitcock valve was leaking. I pick my van up on Monday morning, paid the estimate fee of $165.88, proceeded to the parts department at this dealership, purchased the part for $14.18 , installed it myself in less than 30 minutes and solved my problem. I did not need a new radiator or thermostat. Hard lesson learned. I would not recommend this service department to anyone.

I am very displeased in the customer service and the lack of communication at this location. On November 24th I sent an email to the new director over the service department at leeb1@autonation.com detailing my experience and have yet, as of December 8th, received a reply of any kind. I took my truck in on Nov. 7th via appointment to get a torque converter code diagnosed, after a week of no progress, communication or at the least a diagnosis, i went to pick it up and take it somewhere else. After some apologies I was then talked into keeping it there for them to start on it right away and have it back to me within a few days. Without going into further details and frustrating let downs, my truck was in their shop for 2 weeks for a job that they said will only takes a few days. I completely understand that unforeseeable circumstances occur and delays happen but that's where communication is important to those who rely on their vehicle.... especially when you do not have backup transportation and are borrowing one from someone else.

2020 Ram Limited. Taken in for Navigation problems. System just doesn?t work well. Rattles in the sound system. They kept it for 6 weeks had a laundry list of what they say they fixed. Finally got it back, all the exact issues are still the same. Extremely disappointed. I would avoid this Autonation Dealership like the Plague. Sales as well. They do not explain anything about the vehicle or how to use the advanced technology. Just give you the keys and hurry you away, then on to the next sale. I took jeep in for brake issue on 11/7 they flushed brake fluid at a cost of $129. Picked up didn?t correct the issue. Took jeep back on Monday 11/9 drop off. Was contacted by rep late Monday. They were making sure if there was a charge that I was ok with. Said I was. Should have been a continuation of previous work. So after phone calls and text messages. Finally got jeep back on 11/12. I rented a vehicle that they said was authorized. Even though they should have turned on my opinion vehicle around in 2 days not 4. I was not charged the 2 nd brake flush. Very dissatisfied with service manager and department. I will not be using this facility ever again.

Only recommendation is to replace. Took to local garage had fluid and filter changed, has been driving fine since. Just parts changers.

I bought a 2008 Chevy Pick up from these guys and had a great experience with the sale people. Can't say the same about the finance guy. Was told I had a 4 month 4000 mile dealer warranty. I called to get an appointment to have my TPM serviced and they said it might not be covered. I went ahead and sit up the appointment, took my truck in and left it with them. They then called 2 days later and I was told they can't service a GM product and I have no warranty! The finance guy failed to check a box on my application that would have given me the dealer warranty. I will never go back and if anyone ask I will tell them the same! Once again, I had a great experience with the sales guys.

I brought in a 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee. For an oil change and diagnostic on a acceleration problem. Also mentioned the dash was wrinkled and at 60 miles an hour there was a weird noise of air blowing into the vehicle. I told them explicitly, if it’s covered under warranty I want it looked at and I’m OK with paying a deductible as well as the oil change. They charged me the oil change, the deductible on the engine acceleration, $165 for looking at a wrinkle Dash and telling me the warranty doesn’t cover it and over $100 diagnostic on AC which I never ask for. When I brought it up to the service agent he said no one was available to talk to me and they wouldn’t be able to work with me. I personally have 3 Chrysler vehicles and nine other family members that have Chrysler vehicles. This dealer was willing to ruin a relationship with over 10 people and 12 vehicles over $100 diagnostic fee for something I didn’t ask for!! This is what gives dealers a bad name and causes people to go elsewhere. Extremely extremely irritated and pissed off

Arthur Basile was awesome! He helped us trade in our Jeep on a different Jeep that we wanted. AutoNation gave us top dollar on our trade in and gave a great deal on the Jeep we bought! Financing was quick and easy and Yosef and Arthur even stayed late to make sure we got taken care of. We were able to shorten our loan, get a way better rate than we had before, and lower our monthly payments! Arthur delivered our Jeep the next day and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely be returning to AutoNation if we need another vehicle in the future! I bought a used car. Got the car fax and shows no accidents. I drove it off the lot and knew the alignment was messed up. I drove it to Lubbock and had it look at the next day. They told me it looks like the car has been in an accident because the struts were bent. I called the used car manager right away. Never received a call back. I called several days later and he was very rude over the phone and said that they are not responsible for it, as that was the way they bought and listed the car. I’m sure if I was a male, he wouldn’t have spoken to me that way. I have the money to fix the car myself, but I shouldn’t have to spend more than $1000 on a low mileage used car that I just bought less than 3 weeks ago. YOUR DEALERSHIP IS WRONG FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN!

You don't stand behind your recommendations. I had my RAM 2500 in for service and asked the service rep to check the brakes. Other service requests were completed, but they told me the brakes still had 30% more to go and I could have them done at the next oil service. I returned, after around 10,000 miles, and requested a break service. I was told the rotors were to worn to just turn them and I would have to replace the brakes and the rotors. This cost me $1,000 instead of $300. I am the type of consumer that has all my service work done a the dealership, because they are suppose to have the best qualified mechanics. I pay extra for this confidence. I do not recommend the dealership and I will avoid getting any additional service work done at the dealership.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and experience with the service team after a good experience with Nic. Bought a BRAND NEW Ram to only have to put it in the shop before 90 days. It’s been there 3 weeks and the dates keep being pushed from the day 1. Why even make an appointment if it’s not going to be looked at until the next week and not have a loaner vehicle? Then when I do get a loaner I can’t even get something close to what I just bought. Nothing like making the sale and then doing nothing for your customers.

Horrible service experience. My car has been there too many times and instead of listening all you’ve done is cover it up with something else. I’m pretty sure it’s not common practice for a brand new engine to be replaced after a year and countless phone calls or lack of decent customer service. I’m extremely disappointed that you would rather cover it up than be honest when Mopar called you-TC specifically. “Woman to Woman” isn’t wasn’t just the gas or according to another service guy “it’s a safety feature.”This car has had more problems and y’all failed to disclose those.

I had really loose steering in my new Jeep that was making it difficult to even stay in the middle of the lane. So, I researched and found there was a Service Bulletin put out to fix it. So, I went into the dealership to have them fix it. They drove the Jeep, verifies the issue, and then applied the proper fix with the new parts. They gave me a loaner as well. Top notch customer service!

I expect honest and dedicated service at Auto Nation considering I’m an owner of a JEEP Grand Cherokee. However, At my last visit although the rep appeared nice he misquoted prices and services to me causing me to pay way more than told. He made up some lie about the charge says this but that’s really not the “real” charge and I end up carelessly paying almost 80 dollars more because I was in a hurry. After getting home and realizing how stupid I was just to pay something without escalating I was so pissed at the service rep and myself. But going forward I WILL NOT be returning to this location. The reps are dishonest and try to get over on women who don’t know better

Purchased vehicle from AutoNation in TX over two months ago. Never received license plates until I relentlessly called. Took vehicle in for regular service of oil change and tire rotation. Requested that plates be put on. Picked up vehicle, no paperwork given regarding service and realized after I returned home, the plates had not been put on or left in the truck. Had to return to dealership while it took them forever to find them, once again. Worst service experience I've ever had ever!!

Saturday service waiter on an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Our service writer had a positive attitude, kept us informed via phone and was upfront and honest about the time we would expect for service. We are a two Jeep family, both purchased through Autonation, and exclusively bring our vehicles here for service.

This is the second time I have such horrible experience with your service reps specifically with SANDRA GOMEZ and JASON BURKHART. They both were rude, disrespectful and plainly unprofessional. In regards to my car needs, they didn't know if they could serve my car, if they had the parts need it, they didn't know the "type of machine" my car has (I don't even know why they couldn't figure all the info out if I bought the car from you) also I thought that with the maintenance it is supposed to get washed too but they didn't do it either.

First I tried to schedule an appointment online and at the very end of the process it failed so I called and made an appointment. When I got there for the appointment I was led to a tiny closed in waiting area where absolutely no precautions were made for COVID! There were customers in there with no masks and there were even employees in several locations with masks, but around their necks. I am a person who is high risk due to cancer and I did not feel safe at all. I left the waiting room and went outside and leaned against a column (there were two benches but they were occupied) to wait for my car to be serviced. The insult to injury was that the computer had given me an estimate of the cost and then the actual charge was over $40 more for the same service. When I asked about it the service guy was rude and just told me the computer didn't know how much it would cost. I will find someone else to work on my Jeep!

Took car in for oil change and battery replacement. Everything was great when picked up vehicle like 20 minutes later Car died in a very busy unsafe intersection. Took 30 minutes to get through to someone at the dealership and they couldn?t offer me towing services. Called roadside assistance for jeep and they had a shortage of services due to Covid so had to get my own tow service because police wanted the car moved. Car was totally dead could not even be put into neutral to push. Turns out the mechanic didn?t tighten the terminals enough and it blew out the fuse box. Pick the car up for the second time today, and my tan leather was covered in grease from them having to go underneath of the seat to change the battery. Never cleaned it up it was atrocious. Moral of the story the people working on the cars there, are not providing the service Worthy of one star in the final product is certainly not being supervised. Wish I could put a picture of the rag after I cleaned all the grease up.

I bought a 2018 Dodge Journey last year it has been in the shop more then we have had it and we are trying to work out a deal to get in a better car but the person Julie has done everything in her power to bend us over. we are having to go to a used car and pay more then we did for the new Journey. I’ve never had a quality issue with their work. All my recalls (another story: looking at youuu, FCA engineers 😡) have been resolved cleanly. Since I’m in an HOA neighborhood, and am getting more and more arthritically stiff, they also do my maintenance. Clean, also.

I was able to get in and get out with a quick a change within a reasonable amount of time. Just an update. Had to come back for the 3rd time for the same thing. This time I called on Thursday and got in on Monday. I was told that the shop would call me on Tuesday. On Thursday I called them and no one would pick up the phone. So, I went there to find out what was going on. They told me that they had to order a part and it was 3 to 6 days out. So, I called another Dealership and found the part for them. They said that they could get it on Monday and have it done on Tuesday. Tuesday came and sill no call. Wednesday they called and said it was ready. At the same time I had them change my oil. I went to get my jeep and got it home to find that they did not put the engine cover back on my jeep. So I had to go back and get it back. I am not a happy camper. Beware.☹️

I bought a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited RUBICON from AutoNation in Ft Worth on Friday July 3rd. I had a very positive experience. Traded in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that I also had bought new from the AutoNation in North Richland Hills store in 2016. I had been searching for a specific Silver color from many dealerships in DFW. After finding this Rubicon had just arrived at their lot. I was able to test drive by myself. I test drove two vehicles and took my time. After getting back from my test drive. We negotiated a good discount off the sticker price. What sold me on this dealership was the trade in value for my trade. It was the best price given by far. The other dealerships were low balling me on my trade.

Called to see about a wrangler Eco diesel for sale. They said they had it still. I told the sales team I was traveling 2 hours to purchase it. The sale price was $54k. I get there, they think they sold it. Then find out it’s still available. They offered me 1/2 of black book price for my trade and would not budge. Then forced the paint and interior protection package and said they cannot sell the vehicle without it. That package was $3k according to them! Are you serious!!!!? It’s an add on, remove it! They would not. They kept adding stuff to the price bringing the final out the door cost to $69k! So I left! I don’t need the Jeep that bad and Chrysler has been notified about their tactics!

After coordinating over the phone, establishing and being told they had plenty of inventory on the lot, I made an appointment and went Thursday. Apparently in the 72 hours since my first conversation ALL trucks with my criterion had vanished from the lot!? I was assured that once they established what i wanted (wait a minute, i went through all of that in advance with the internet manager???) they could quickly source what i wanted from another location. After doing my homework to find a fair (for all) trade in value for my truck at 3 different different web sites, i asked for the value of my truck BEFORE getting too deep into looking for a new truck. They made me wait a while while they did this. My 2016 has 43000 miles and in very good to excellent condition (even has features that i could not put into the system for a value, which would have raised the value) so i reasonably expected a mid range (or hopefully better) trade in value. When they finally gave it, it was at the very bottom for fair to poor condition vehicles. There is more, but suffice to say, I left. If you are one of those buyers that places yourself at the mercy of an auto dealer and accepts without question everything they offer, this is the place for YOU. If, like me, you place value on your hard earned dollar, I would suggest you visit multiple dealers if you are in the market for a new vehicle

VERY disappointed as when I dropped my car off for a factory recall I asked about the courtesy shuttle to get a ride home. I was informed due to COVID19 no shuttle service was available. Had I was informed of this MAJOR change I would have scheduled the appointment when I had access to a ride and since EVERYBODY else had a 9AM appointment within minutes my car was blocked several cars deep. Just thought a little communication would have gone a long way and a lot less frustrating.

I had a really good experience with this dealership when it came to buying a 2016 Ram 1500 I found on cars.com. I live in San Antonio, and this dealership is in Fort Worth. The Ram I found was exactly what I wanted, so I wanted to move fast. The internet sales rep, Avery, was EXTREMELY responsive via e-mail, text, and phone calls. He spent over an hour doing a video walk through with me, and pointed out things I wouldn't have been able to see. He was super transparent and very trustworthy. While this dealership doesn't haggle on price, they were willing to fix some minor damage on the vehicle at no cost before delivery. Also, after I took delivery, I noticed an issue with the center console. They shipped me the part at no cost. They also drove the vehicle to a dealership of my choice, about 200 miles away, at no cost, and ensured I got it with a full tank of diesel. This was my first time buying a vehicle on-line, without seeing it in person. The experience itself was great, and I think a lot of that had to do with Avery. He was no pressure, very easy to talk to, answered all my questions, etc. I would definitely do business with him again. He did a great job as an ambassador for AutoNation.
